Konsolidator is a cloud-based software that finance departments in corporate groups worldwide use to create their consolidated accounts in the process called consolidation (hence our name, Konsolidator).
We’re looking for a student that can support our Customer Experience team. We are responsible for onboarding new customers, provide support on financial (consolidation) matters and handles upselling for existing customers. You will be reporting Customer Experience Manager Lise Stentebjerg Bæk.
About the tasks:
Prepare monthly reporting (various KPIs)
Develop management reports in Excel
Support customer setup and ongoing requests
Implementation of new systems and processes across functions

Work Estimate: 15-20 hours – requires on-prem presence at least one day a week.
